Who We Are: A Family-Run Business

South Gare Developments Ltd was established in 2014 with a clear vision: to deliver 24 high-quality commercial workshops that would support local businesses and contribute to economic growth within the area. The development proved highly successful, with all units fully tenanted from the outset and a waiting list that remains strong to this day.
Subsequent projects have included the redevelopment of two derelict historic schools in Redcar and East Cleveland, transforming them into spaces for both commercial and charitable use. In addition, South Gare Developments has invested in residential garage facilities, providing secure storage solutions for local communities.
Looking ahead, the company remains committed to identifying opportunities to restore and repurpose properties, supporting sustainable development and community growth through its future projects.
